Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Non-defective return items are at HVAC International Parts sole discretion. Non-defective non-electrical and electrical returns are subject to a 35% restocking such returns will be for store credit or refund at HVAC International Parts sole discretion within 5 days of receipt.. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the item. The item/s must be in the original packaging and include all parts, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories must be received to our location within 10 days of the RMA issue. The item must be in new condition. If the item has been installed or damaged in any manner the RMA will be denied and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to retrieve the item from our facility.

Refused Delivery HVAC International Parts reserves the right to charge a restocking fee as outlined above for non defective returns and applicable shipping charges for any and all deliveries that are refused by the customer. Shipping charges as part of the original order is not refundable.

Damaged Freight HVAC International Parts insures all shipped items. It is the responsibility of the consumer to inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. All products are inspected, checked, and packaged by the warehouse prior to release to the carrier. In spite of our best efforts, shipping damage can and does sometimes occur. Here's how to protect yourself: Always note any external damage to cartons upon the delivery. We highly recommend that you unpack each carton and carefully inspect each item. Note any damage and contact us immediately to file a claim. Keep all packing materials and contents in the same condition as when the damage was discovered. It is a good idea to take pictures immediately after discovering damage in order to support your claim Defective Products Returned for exchange must be in the original packaging and include all parts, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete returns or if an item show signs of having been used/installed. Any item returned that has evidence of having been opened, missing parts, instructions, or installed/used will not be returned. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by HVAC International Parts or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.

Special order parts are none refundable and none returnable.
